Is Service Picker only for NDIS participants?

No. While we specialise in NDIS services, we also support those needing aged care, home care, or other personal and community services.

Can I find services like gardening, cleaning, or education help?

Yes. Service Picker lists providers for a wide range of supports, including domestic help, digital literacy, tutoring, employment coaching, and more.

How do I know if a provider is safe and qualified?

All listed providers are vetted through a verification process. Many are NDIS registered or qualified professionals with experience in disability or aged care sectors.

How can Service Picker help Support Coordinators?

You can search and match your participants with the right services—ranging from support workers and allied health to assistive tech, day programs, and transport—saving time and improving outcomes.

Can I manage multiple clients through one account?

Yes. We offer tools tailored to coordinators, including saved searches, bookmarked providers, and streamlined communication options.

Do you list both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers?

Yes. You can filter your search to see only NDIS-registered providers if needed, or view the full pool including verified but non-registered providers.

Is there a fee for Support Coordinators to use the platform?

No. Coordinators can use Service Picker for free to source, connect, and refer services for their clients.

How does Service Picker help Plan Managers?

You can find and verify providers for your clients quickly, ensuring they meet invoicing and compliance standards. Our listings include billing details and NDIS registration status where applicable.

Can I use this platform to recommend services to clients?

Yes. You can shortlist, download profiles, and share provider options with participants or their families.

Are providers invoice-ready?

Many of our providers are familiar with NDIS processes and supply compliant invoices. You can filter by invoicing preference and support categories.

Who can list their services on Service Picker?

How do I register my services?

Simply click on “Join as a Provider,” complete your profile with relevant details, and submit your documents for verification.

 Do I need to be NDIS registered to join?

No. We welcome both registered and unregistered providers who offer quality and ethical services. Registration status will be clearly displayed to help coordinators and participants make informed decisions.

Is there a fee to be listed as a provider?

Basic listings are free. We offer premium listing and promotion options for additional visibility—please contact us for pricing.

How do I get bookings or enquiries?

Once your profile is live, interested users (participants, coordinators, or plan managers) can contact you directly or submit a service request.
